The “Drive Away Dreams” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law, and applicable state law. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliated organizations are not eligible to participate.

NOTE: IF AN ENTRANT (OR SOMEONE IN THE ENTRANT'S IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD) HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS, THE ENTRANT IS INELIGIBLE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on February 1, 2025 and ends at 9:59:59 p.m. ET on April 16th, 2026.

How to Enter

Method 1 — Online Store Entry: Purchase any merchandise from driveawaydreams.com during the entry period. You will receive one (1) entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping). All online entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. ET on April 16th, 2026.

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entries providing opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). Entrants will receive multiple entries as designated by the Sponsor's Multiplier from time to time. Example: Earn (10X), (20X), (30X), for every $1.00 spent.

Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, phone number, and email address on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a handprinted #10 envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

Each eligible mail-in entry received earns 25 sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 16th, 2026 and received by April 21st, 2026. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

Bonus Entry Periods for Mail-In: If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth five (5) times the Multiplier as designated by the Sponsor website. Example: 5X Bonus Period would equal one hundred twenty-five (125) entries. For bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must write 5x, 10x, 20x, or 30x on the backside of the envelope to signify what Bonus Entry Period they are entering during. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified. Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to a Bonus Period and be received within five (5) days of each Period's deadline.

Fraud Prohibition

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE PROMOTION. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

The Sponsor will not accept any returns during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will not offer any refunds on purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period. Customers who initiate chargebacks for purchases will be automatically disqualified and their entries removed from the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: The winner may choose either a 2021 Ferrari Roma (approximate retail value $250,000) or a “Car of their Dreams” not exceeding that value. The vehicle is awarded “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Prizes to be provided within 30 days after validation. Sponsor will provide winner a travel stipend.

The winner must claim the prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Newport Beach, CA within thirty (30) days of notification of availability. Failure to take delivery within thirty (30) days could cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. The winner must possess a valid driver's license, government-issued ID, and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery. The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with the prize. The winner agrees to title the vehicle within fifteen (15) days after receiving the title and vehicle.

Drawing & Winner Notification

The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about April 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Prize Winner will be notified via phone, email and/or USPS mail.

The potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity within five (5) days of notice. The Affidavit will require the Winner to provide their Social Security Number, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes (IRS Form 1099).

Fraud Alert

If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be contacted by American Sweepstakes Company by phone. Never provide any credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Winners are never contacted through social media.

Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical errors, unauthorized intervention, printing errors, errors in administration, or injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation.

Prize Indemnity

This sweepstakes is registered and bonded. Prize fulfillment is backed by Tokio Marine HCC Prize Indemnity coverage, ensuring the prize will be awarded to the verified winner.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Wisconsin.

Winner List

The name of the official winner will be announced at driveawaydreams.com on or about April 16th, 2026 or after the winner has been verified.
